What exactly is free?
The Standard Year-Round Plumbing Membership fee is $0, for life, for qualifying first responders and U.S. military veterans. Its regular value is $17 per month, or $204 per year. Individual repairs and other services remain subject to the written membership terms.
Does it include the PLUS+ or salt service plan?
No. PLUS+ Water Protection, salt refills, water-softener plans and other upgrades are not included in the free Standard Membership.
How do I enroll?
Submit the claim form or call (725) 240-0114 (or (702) 857-2583). Our team will confirm eligibility, explain the terms and activate your membership once verified.
Are appointments guaranteed the same day?
Priority scheduling is a member benefit. Appointment timing depends on availability and service needs.
Do I have to renew it?
No — your Heroes membership is complimentary for life, with no annual renewal fee. Our team may re-confirm your eligibility and program status over time. Ask for the current written terms when enrolling.
Can I share this with a Hero I know?
Absolutely. Share this page with a qualifying first responder or veteran, or ask them to call our Heroes line.
